We recently had Voyager Air Conditioning install our new ducted Daikin AC system in Earlwood and are happy with the results and how the work was done. Jack did an outstanding job.
We were specifically looking for a local installer and Jack is our local Earlwood specialist. A few areas where he stands out vs. other insyallers. He is prompt in answering calls and questions. He works with the customer in finding a good time to assess the house and install, without giving a far away date. From the start he was a great listener, he really understood what we needed and gave us a competitive quote.
The craftsmanship was excellent. The outdoor units are installed so cleanly with no wires visible at all. Photos attached.
What impressed us was how he worked with our specific requests. We asked him to reuse our old Ventis system infrastructure instead of cutting new holes, and he did it perfectly  leveraging what was already there. We also wanted to bring fresh air from outside through the existing system to integrate with our new Daikin, and he made it work seamlessly.

Jack was great to deal with. Very trustworthy, honest and available for all questions. He went out of this way to get his business set up to do the new government loan program so that I could access it for the AC installations. The work was done very professionally and looks great. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Jack and Voyager air conditioning: fast in-person quote (within 15 minutes of my initial call, Jack was in the apartment, providing me a detailed quote - how speedy is that?!), quick replies to my text messages and random questions, prompt delivery of paperwork to my strata and he also replied quickly when the strata manager had a question about the mud-map, not charging us extra even though we had a problematic section of the wall that needed special attention and he left the apartment so clean and tidy after installation (the drilling of the brick wall definitely caused a lot of dust to fly around but Jack left everything near and tidy after the install). Jack is polite, charming, honest and seems to be available for queries 24-7! Thank you for everything Jack - what a pleasure to meet you! Support this small business now!
